Administrative Per Se Hearing Appeal Rights
Following the Administrative Per Se Hearing a person may request a department review within 5 days from the date on the bottom of the notice telling the person the result of the hearing. The fee for the DMV department review is $120 . A person may also appeal a DMV decision by filing a writ of mandamus at the superior court in the county of the person's residence within 30 days from the date on the bottom of the notice telling the person the results of the hearing.
