DUI - Under the Age of 21
A DUI suspect who is under the age of twenty one (21) years of age as well as a person who is on probation for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) is deemed to have given his or her consent to take a PAS test. Individuals are advised by a law enforcement officer that a failure to submit to or failure to complete a PAS test will result in the suspension or revocation of his or her privilege to operate a motor vehicle.
