DUI Crackdown

From 12:01 am August 19 through midnight Saturday officers from 13 law enforcement agencies in Santa Clara County arrested 356 persons for driving under the influence of drugs and/or alchohol. The 18 day Summer/Labor Day National DUI crackdown in Santa Clara County reported an increase in DUI arrests by traffic enforcement and special law enforcement deployments. There are 13 DUI special traffic enforcement deployments in Santa Clara County. The anti DUI enforcement continues through midnight on Monday, Labor Day.
