New Laws for 2012!!

What it is all about:

Amends Penal Code Section 657 by adding "mobile phones" and adding new penalty provisiions.

Existing law estaiblishes the offense of disorderly conduct makes the offense a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeeding 6 months or by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by both.

What the new law means:

This bill would add a new subdivision that would make a 2nd or subsequent violation or for a first violation if the victim was a minor punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year or by a fine not exceeding $2,000 or by both.
