Procuring Prositution of Person Under 18

New Laws of 2012!!

What it is all about:

Adds Penal Code Section 261.9

This bill would require that a person who is convicted of seeking to procure or procuring the sexual services of a prositute who is under 18 be ordred to pay an additional fine not to exceed $25,000 to be available upon appropriation by the legistature to fund programs and services for commercially sexually exploited minors in the counties when the underlying offenses are committed.
