New Laws for 2012!!

What it is all about:

Amends Penal Code Section 1202.4 Existing law establishes a procedure for purposes of imposing restitution obligation on defendants[in identity theft cases. This law will authorize restitution for expenses to monitor an identity theft victim's credit report and for the costs to repair the victim's credit for a period of time reasonably necessary to make a victim whole.
