The Rountree Minimum correctional facility and the Rountree Medium security facility are located in the southern part of Santa Cruz County. The county Mail Jail and the Blaine Street Facility are open twenty four hours per day every day of the year. Persons arrested for misdemeanors and felonies such as DUI, Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, Drug Offenses may be housed at the Santa Cruz County correctional facilities.
